I did the usual 3 mile 1/2 golf course run. I was a bit sluggish to start out, but I decided to pick it up the last mile and ended with a time of 22:12 (7:24/mile).

A practice fields loop in the morning. The upper quad was sore near the end, but it is getting better. It doesn't hurt as much, and it takes less time to recover. Total time was 29:10 (7:53/mile).

I ran the 3/4 golf course loop. I warmed up for a mile and then ran a half mile in 2:53 (5:46/mile). Then I ran the 0.6 to the top of the hill and back and ran another half mile in 2:55 (5:50/mile)....
